Leith-based family charcuterie company specialising in the production of slow-cured Scottish meats and poultry. From the small shop above their production kitchen and curing room you can purchase a wide range of dry-cured meats. From the more traditional fennel salami, through chorizo with bourbon and venison and sloe gin salami, to duck prosciutto and Aberdeen Angus Bresaola, all of their products are made by hand, on site, using locally sourced ingredients. Open Wednesday to Saturday.
