Quietly tucked away in the stylish Soho Hotel, REFUEL bar and restaurant serves a European menu with a focus on fresh and organic ingredients. Favourites include tuna with avocado mousse, ponzo, chili, and truffle oil, and pumpkin gnocchi with wild mushrooms. Amongst the gloriously indulgent desserts are the mocha chocca sundae, and honey nut tart with ice cream.
In the heart of the West End, a mixed crowd of media and creative professionals creates a buzzing atmosphere, with a lively bar offering a wide choice of wines, spirits and cocktails. Designed by owner Kit Kemp, the interior at REFUEL is a blend of browns, greens and neutral shades, offset by a colourful mural by London-born artist Alexander Hollweg , which spans the length of the oak and pewter bar.
