Drygate Brewing Co.
An industrial-sized cornucopia of craft beer on the East End of town, proving daily that seeing truly is believing with its own viewable working brewery. Drygate Brewing Co. includes a bar, kitchen, brewery and an events space.
So many places across town claim to be the official aficionados of craft beer, yet few can boast a working brewery into which you can actually witness the next batch being produced, laboratory style, as you relax and sample their latest creation. And if being able to see the full beer-making process from cradle to grave isn't interesting enough then sampling Drygate's wares will certainly ensure a eureka moment. While Seven Peaks Mosaic IPA is a delicately citrus-infused session beer, the spirit of collaboration within Drygate Brewery boasts other such wonders such as Up Front Brewing's dark, malty and mysterious Ahab Stout. Given their approach to beer it seems reasonable that the food options would be equally as innovative, and in fact it alters every few months. Some staples still abide, however, so make sure to sample the simply delectable pork, black pudding and chorizo burger.
