Jacqueline Jagger established Jacque's Seafood from exasperation at seeing the bulk of Scotland's seafood heading abroad for the export market. They now service the West Coast of Scotland, as well as the Highlands and into the central belt, with creel-caught shellfish, wet and smoked fish. Shellfish comes from Tiree, wet fish from Glasgow's fish market, and she can get hold of special orders with some advance ordering. The shellfish list includes langoustine, crab claws and dressed crab, lobsters, mussels, oysters and scallops (hand-dived can be sourced).
