Atlantic salmon from Loch Duart is traditionally smoked in kilns using oak chips from whisky barrels. Smoked salmon packs (100g, 200g, 400gm) are sliced and interleaved and smoked salmon sides (approx 1kg) can be supplied sliced or unsliced. Hot smoked salmon is supplied in 200g packs or whole sides.
