Free-range pork from traditionally reared rare breed pigs. Killed at an abattoir only 12 miles from the farm, they are then butchered in Bridle Way's on-site butchery and prep room. All the pigs spend most of the year outside, coming in only when the weather turns too bad. Products include sausages, burgers, chops, roasts, bacon and cured hams. Meat can be bought direct from the farm in quantities to suit individuals, or frozen packs made to order are a speciality.
