Scots-Italian company Mancini’s has been in business for more than 100 years and four generations. Now specialising in taking their ice-cream cart to weddings, they have a wide range of dairy and non-dairy ice-cream and fresh fruit sorbets, plus various Italian frozen desserts, experimental flavours can include such intriguingly named inventions as Sexy Chocolate, Blushing Bride and Toffee Rippled Earthquake Crumble.
