Fresh milk and cream from their own herd of pedigree Ayrshire cows and local free range eggs are what makes Willy and Jo Templeton's traditional farmhouse ice cream taste so good. Based at Catrine House, Ice Cream Parlour, Tea Room and Farm Shop, they produce over 20 flavours of ice cream and a range of fruit sorbet ice creams. Willy attributes the quality of the milk from his herd to the Ayrshire climate. It produces green lush grass for the cows graze on, and in turn produces top quality milk. Rich and creamy but low in fat. Ice cream cones and a range of sundaes are available at the ice cream parlour or you can choose from the full range of flavours in a takeaway tub.
