Scotbeef is a subsidiary of J. W. Galloway Ltd, a fourth generation company with 100 year meat processing history behind it. Scotland's leading red meat manufacturer, the company processes 110,000 cattle and 750,000 lambs per year, distributed through the UK and Europe. It works from four processing sites, in Bridge of Allan, Queenslie, East Kilbride and Dumfries (Viviers Scotlamb). Scotbeef produce meat products from primal cuts to retail-packed products and value added products (e.g. ready meals, burgers, sous-vide packs, smoked meats). An integral identification system, Beeftrack and Lambtrack, allows traceability from origin of procurement through to product.
