Previously known as Lighthouse Caledonia, the Scottish Salmon Company farms and processes Atlantic Scottish salmon.At its Loch Roag site, the company operates what it calls a 'Single generation, single loch, synchronised fallow' system, in which site is allowed to lie fallow for a period before re-stocking, so as to minimise the chance of sea lice. The company operates 35 farms in Hebrides and on the West Coast of Scotland.
