Established in 1987 by the Parrish family, the company today is owned by the William Jackson Food Group. The main site is in Bedfordshire, with a secondary facility in Dumfries and Galloway. Parripak is focused on the supply of freshly prepared vegetables for food manufacturers and food service customers. Parripak supply root vegetables; hand-finished vegetables; preservative-free garlic from Spain in either the whole peeled form, julienne, or as a puree. Purees also available include lemongrass, chilli, ginger, shallot, onion. Exotic lines include baby corns, Shiitake mushrooms, mooli, oyster mushrooms and purple sprouting broccoli.
