Houstons are so proud of what they do they've made up a little poem about it, to be found on the home page of their website. Established in 1950, Stuart Houston is the third generation to run the shop, and has built up a particular reputation for haggis, including a venison version and haggis lasagne. The product list is huge, from pork pies to rabbits, and attracts such a loyal customer base that Saturdays see queues stretching out the door and around the corner.
