Langoustines and king scallops are sourced from Scottish ports and processed in Fraserburgh Seafood's own premises. Their factory is situated at the harbour side, so there is a minimum transport time between the boats and chills. Sister fish processing company G&J Jack are located next to the factory, and has its own transport fleet, providing links to Europe.
