A family-run fish processing business based in Aberdeen, Couper's was set up in 1987 by father and son team Daniel Couper Jr and Daniel Couper Sr. It is now also run by third generation, Jamie Couper. They specialise in sustainable species, with MSC accreditation for producing haddock. All filleting at Couper's is done by hand. Depending on the size and species of fish, production is currently at around 4500kg of fillets per day, sold frozen, fresh, portioned or smoked depending on our customers' requirements. Their main supply is sourced daily by Danny Jr and Sr in Peterhead Market.
