Calling on three decades’ experience in the world of catering and professional baking, Shona Sutherland designs and creates celebration cakes - particularly for weddings - and hand-crafted chocolates. She regularly hosts popular chocolate-making, cake decorating and sugarcraft courses and workshops from her high street kitchen and with Let's Cook in Abernethy, as well as offering one-to-one and tailored courses on chocolate making and gourmet desserts. Her chocolate range includes assortments of filled chocolates, truffles and bespoke display centrepieces, and uses purees of local fruits, hand-made praline and fresh cream to create flavours including cinnamon and Bergamot; raspberry and bramble ganache and Isle of Skye sea salt caramel truffles. These can be ordered online from her website, or bought from the adjoining shop to her kitchen.
