Hand-made by Sarah Gray on Milton Haugh farm – the home of Aberfeldy Oatmeal – these jams will never appear in supermarkets. Instead, head to one of a growing list of farm shops and other independent stores for a range that includes the classics – strawberry jam, whisky marmalade – and the more unusual, including rhubarb and ginger jam, port wine jelly, banana jam and strawberry and champagne jam. Suppling to retail and food-service, hampers and wedding favours, pots come in everything from mini to catering size.
