The concept behind Fait Maison is home-made, preservative free, fresh, great quality food. We're passionate about cooking for the day on the day.
We started almost 10 years ago on with our first branch on Stratford Road in Kensington. The initial concept was to take the idea of a traiteur – where the menu is pre-decided, cooked and served and the customer chooses from the cooked selection rather than being able to choose from an a la carte menu. As well as a selection of salads and main dishes, we are very particular about our pastries, and when we first opened, our priority was to have a brilliant, french pastry chef who could please even the pickiest of people. All our ingredients are sourced for their highest quality, and we keep as authentic as possible.
We may seem small, but we're a growing company with several branches, fitting ourselves into local streets to provide delicious, fresh food.
