Grants of Speyside
It was way back in the 1880s when Jessie Grant – great-great grandmother of Grants of Speyside’s current proprietor Stuart – first came up with her speciality haggis and black pudding. The very same recipe is still followed by the business today, which is largely a commercial butcher – supplying various shops and restaurants across the Cairngorms, Scotland and beyond with pork, beef, lamb, poultry and more – but with a retail shop also on premises. Everything they use is sourced within the Highlands, and complete traceability is assured. With their website undergoing a recent major revamp, Grants can now do internet sales of all of their product range countrywide – great-great-granny Jessie’s famous haggis and black pud included.
