Mo's Cookie Dough
Not open to the public.
Scottish/American entrepreneur Morag Pavich picked up a serious cookie habit growing up in California, and, looking for a work project that she could combine with family life, began commercialising her habit of always keeping hand-made dough in the freezer. Now she makes the same dough using simple, natural ingredients including free range pasteurised eggs, from scratch in small batches which are then quick-wrapped and sold ready to slice and bake. Best kept in the freezer, it can then be slightly thawed and servings sliced off as required. Baked cookies are also available for events, parties, gift bags, or party favours. As if cookies aren't sweet enough, for every roll of Mo’s Cookie Dough sold, a percentage of profits is donated to local projects supporting vulnerable children.
