Allarburn Farm Shop
The Anderson family bought Allarburn farm in 1996, running the dairy and egg enterprises in tandem until the former was sold off in 2007. Now they concentrate on the egg business and the farm shop. Working to be a one-stop-shop, this stocks their free range and barn eggs, home grown and local veg - including the farm's potatoes, cabbage, neeps and carrots - as well as locally butchered meat and baking. Pick up cheese from the deli counter and oatcakes to balance it on, with Scottish yoghurt for pudding.
