Mrs McMyn's Organic Eggs
The hens at this family-run, certified organic, free range egg farm live, lay and forage in a five acre paddock during the day. The McMyn's sheds, powered by wind and solar energy, then allow only six birds per square metre at night. The name came about when Bruce and Kara McMyn's daughters would take eggs to school, where they became known as 'Mrs McMyn's eggs'. You'll now find them in shops and on restaurant menus across Scotland and down into the north of England.
