A third generation butchers, much of Wallace's meat is sourced direct from local farms. Free range chicken is available, as is game in season - venison, partridge and pheasant. As much as possible is made on site, including sausages, black and white puddings, haggis and pies. They'll also come to you, with free local delivery to the Moffat area.
