A cook school and catering company, Humble Pie are based in the Old Primary School, two miles from North Berwick. Their schedule of day and evening classes is a shorter list than some cook schools, but an unusual one, including an evening of cigar and whisky tasting, day courses in nutrition and healthy eating, and a Great British Bake-Off themed session. There’s an emphasis on seasonal and local eating, highlighted by a ‘seasonal entertaining’ course.
