Mark Bush came to Ferneyfold Farm to live with his new wife Margaret in 2007. Having given up a career in IT, he combined his business skills with the rapeseed the Camerons had been growing at the farm for 30 years. They now produce dressings, a chilli-infused oil, marinades and mayonnaises as well as the straightforward oil, teaming up with Dalchonzie Fruit Farm for flavours like bramble & juniper and raspberry. They've built an excellent presence in delis and farm shops, or find them at farmers' markets in Perth, Stirling, Edinburgh and Crieff, as well as at food events across the country.
