Cluny Fish and Shetland Smokehouse
Cluny Fish began life in 1969 as a white fish processor, in the days when Buckie harbour had 100 boats registered to berth. In 1972, they moved into the curing business, producing barrels of sprats and herring for Scandinavian customers. This took them neatly into smoked fish, which has been their mainstay ever since. The Shetland Smokehouse was bought in 2006, and relocated to the Buckie site in 2008. The product range includes gravadlax, roast and traditional smoked salmon, organic versions of the same, hampers and salmon coeur du filet.
