The Tobermory Fish Company
Started in 1971 by Hugh and Marjorie Goldie, the company is now onto its third generation of family management, with daughter Rosie and granddaughter Sally in charge. Salmon, trout, haddock, mussels and scallops are fished from nearby waters before being cold or hot smoked at Baliscate Smokehouse. They also make up hampers, from a breakfast hamper of tea, smoked haddock, salmon and kippers to the Isle of Mull hamper packed with fish, oatcakes, cheese and chutney.
