Charlotte Flower Chocolates
Beautiful chocolates flavoured with wild ingredients, sold online and from markets. Flower also hosts workshops and parties.
Based on the shores of Loch Tay, Charlotte Flower's chocolate flavours change through the year: the seasons dictate when she forages wild hazelnuts and sloes, sea buckthorn and blaeberry, or picks flowers and herbs from her garden. Crisp, beautifully decorated dark chocolate thins are infused with Scots pine shoots to taste subtly of the forest, while boxed chocolates are elegantly presented, filled with fresh double-cream ganache. Buy flavoured and single origin bars and thins, filled chocolates and Hebridean sea salt caramels online and by mail order; at farmers' markets; from a growing list of Scottish stockists, or directly – by appointment only – in person from Charlotte’s chocolate kitchen. And if they rouse the artisan in you, there’s the chance to make your own under Flower's watchful eye at one of her chocolate workshops.
