Owned and run by professional cook Sarah Mellersh, Let's Cook opened in 2009. It runs cookery demos for the short of time, a range of one and two-day courses and a fortnight long intensive immersion for those looking for a fast-track to employment. Smart collaborations have produced a sushi-making workshop with the folks from LovSushi, a cake decorating day hosted by the Shoe Box Bakery and chocolate and cake specialists Taystful, the latter of whom also run a chocolate-making workshop. Private parties are hosted (max eight people), as are corporate events.
