Photo of Covesea Café

Open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, Covesea (locally pronounced as 'cow-sea') is best known for its Cullen skink and home baking. The proximity to the sea is well exploited – a deli counter supplies locally caught shellfish (as well as salads and desserts), and they hold seafood nights from 7pm on Saturdays. Find them on the Lossiemouth to Hopeman road, just after Silver Sands Leisure Park, or take a walk along the shore from Lossiemouth. It gets quite busy, so booking on weekends is a good idea, and essential on Saturday nights.
