Sandy Herd set up Edinburgh Preserves in 1995 with a family recipe for tomato chutney. Since then the range has expanded to include preserves, honey, sweet and savoury sauces, pickles, mustards, jellies and curds. They concentrate mainly on the gift market, and Sandy’s wife Charlotte Cadzow has added to this with a pottery collection.
