Liggy Morgan set up her own cake company in her early 20s, a self-taught baker and cake-decorator. With a well-chosen first shop location amongst the West End's glamorous independent boutiques and some seriously hard graft, her beautiful, romantic designs have won awards, and given her the impetus to expand to a shop in Glasgow. Wedding and celebration cakes are her mainstay, but the pretty little shop has a couple of tables to sit and try the day's baking. You'll be hard pressed to resist taking a box of delicate pastel cupcakes home with you.
