Gazing out over the Firth from Wemyss Castle since the 13th century, the family behind these bottlings have been in the whisky trade for over a hundred years. As ‘negociants’, they choose and bottle single malts and blends. Signature blends include spicy, peaty and smooth options, created by a ‘nosing panel’ chaired by Charlie MacLean. In the name of accessibility, single malts are named for their flavour profile rather than distillery.
