Beautiful homemade things in lovely small bottles. Owner Lindsey Anderson has developed the small business she took over in 2014 and is now delivering a wide range of artisanal vinegars and preserves. There's a rare sighting of local tayberries, Scottish blueberries (which taste better without the food-miles guilt) and some inventive and intriguing preserves. Blackcurrant and thyme vinegar, sea-salt caramel sauce and raspberry and lime jam are just some of the wonders that emerge from a garden in Pittenweem. Their commitment to the local and the sustainable is best illustrated by their recent appeal for unwanted garden produce which they recycled into preserves and sent all the donors a gift pack. And with recognition such as the recent BBC Good Food Producers award, they are helping to put Fife growers in the national spotlight too.
