One of Scotland's smallest single malt whisky distilleries, set in the old mill buildings of the Cuthbert family farm near Cupar.
A lowland single malt whisky made using malting barley from the farm's fields and water from an ice-age artesian well. As the distillery is still relatively new, much of the whisky is still maturing. The distillery isn't open to the public.
