Saladworx

Established in 2004 to provide fresh produce for their young family, Michelle Bowley and David Herbert now grow, harvest and distribute up to 100 varieties of salad up and down the country, to such distinguished customers as Albert Roux and Skibo Castle. Their 'Dress Me Up' leaves are naturally grown on their 50-acre farm, without the use of artificial fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides, and are sold in pre-mixed bags of up to the full 100 varieties of leaf. More recently they took the obvious step into dressings. Highland Premium Hand-Made is a range made with Scottish cold-pressed rapeseed oil and sulphite-free vinegar that can be used as a dressing, marinade or drizzle, and comes in ten flavours including tarragon & elderflower, heather honey & Arran wholegrain mustard and raspberry & chocolate-mint. citrus-sea (lower case intended) is made with similar headline ingredients, but with the addition of Hebridean seaweed and various citrus fruits.
