In good weather, you can dine on the terrace, while a traditional Dorset afternoon tea is served daily in the Drawing Room. Eric Zwiebel, the sommelier, has made his mark too. In 2007, he was runner-up in the Best Sommelier of the World competition. Wine Spectator said that his was one of the most outstanding restaurant wine lists in the world.
