Housed in my hotel Bloomsbury, Merkaba London focuses on fresh, seasonal produce with dishes like pan fried scallops with chorizo mash and fennel vinaigrette, prawn and crayfish cakes with mango gazpacho or pappardelle with braised oxtail and parmesan. Served all day, the exciting menu also features a range of fresh salads and simple, tasty sandwiches.
