Named 1707 in honour of the establishment's founding year, the wine bar allows you to order a bottle of almost any wine from the adjacent Wine Department for only a £10 corkage fee. You are also invited to enjoy an extensive selection of wines by the glass. Cosily situated within the Fresh Food Hall, the wine bar has been designed by David Collins, famed for his work with the Wolseley. The menu, by the new development chef Shaun Hill, focuses on foods from the Food Hall to encourage experimentation and adventure. You will be welcomed inside on any day of the week.
