The Gaucho chefs (waiters) pass from table to table carving their varied different cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken, all slow roasted over an open flame to capture their own individual flavours. Each meat is then served to you directly from the skewers to your plate.
Here at Comida, the staff do not believe in over-seasoning. This technique of cooking meat dates back to the time of Brazilian cowboys, who roasted huge skewered cuts of meat over pit fires, creating the great barbecued flavour that has been captured at Comida.
