The Art Kitchen
The Art Kitchens cuisine offers modern and exciting interpretations of dishes from all over Thailand. We always start with excellent produce which must be of the highest quality and the freshest available. The classic Thai balance of salt, sour, sweet and hot guides us as we create dishes with colours, textures and tastes that will aim to satisfy your senses. It is an approach that we believe helped gain us inclusion in the Michelin Red Guide for the last two years running.
Thai dishes do not always conform to the Western tradition of eating a three course meal. Our menu is designed to allow our guests to enjoy the culture of sharing and tasting several dishes rather than just choosing one per course. All our food is freshly prepared and cooked to order.
