The Inn for All Seasons
Matthew Sharp is a classically trained chef. Before becoming chef and landlord of the Inn for All Seasons he gained his extensive culinary knowledge and experience from holding positions at some of the leading hotels in the world, including The Dorchester and the Ritz in London, Le George V in Paris, the Mandarin Hotel Group in Jakarta, Hong Kong and Manila and the Michelin starred Talbooth in Essex.
He describes his cuisine as British Continental and he selects only the best poultry, meat and vegetable suppliers to provide the ingredients for his menus. All of the game he uses comes from the nearby Barrington Estate.
