Old Bridge Hotel
Martin Lee is Chef Patron of the Old Bridge at Huntingdon. Having worked with many famous chefs (Blanc, Heatcote, Veyrat etc) Martin now has a style firmly his own. He is fanatical about suppliers and can tell you all about the people and places behind his Scotch Beef, his poultry, his salad leaves, his cheeses, his honey and so on.
He wants the food to taste of itself intensely so - whether thats a light lunchtime snack or a three course celebratory dinner.
The hotel is a busy and convivial place, in the tradition of a classic English inn. Its a very civilized venue for a great cappuccino, a chilled glass of Champagne, a large BLT, a pint of Adams, or scones with unpasteurised Jersey cream all of which are important to us.
