Family-run and founded in 1873, Stephens is a commercial bakery to rival the big chains in local popularity across the Fife region. Based in Dunfermline, they have 14 retail outlets and nearly 150 concessions in larger stores, selling a range of sausage rolls, cakes, filled rolls and pies. Despite their size, however, Stephens is proud of its local connections (all their flour is milled in Kirkcaldy), their strong environmental credentials and the craftsmanship of their team of bakers.
