Originally a bakery, this sixth-generation family business now includes a butchery, with shops across the region and a wide variety of outlets. The Stuart family have been baking since 1857 and sourcing Scottish meat for 50 years to maintain the quality of their renowned pies. Current boss Alan Stuart founded the now prestigious World Pie Championships 16 years ago, which the company won in 2015.
