A byword for quality throughout the region, JB Penman have been supplying meat to customers and nearby restaurants since 1926. Meat from farms in Angus and Perthshire is properly hung and carefully butchered and trimmed on the premises, with the close link between supplier and producer making for a superior product. In-house haggis and sausages are available, as are a wide range of marinated meats, jams, chutneys and pickles. Burgers and chops are great for grills and barbecues, although owner Keith Hutcheon's favourite is the traditional steak pie.
