Aspiring cooks can choose from a huge range of classes, from bread to stocks and sauces, ‘Glorious Game’ to ‘Fusion Cooking’. Formats vary; day classes offer the chance to get involved, while evening demonstrations and dining are a quicker way to pick up some tips. New ‘Fork Out Less’ classes run for two and a half hours. Kids’ classes are run over the summer months, and parties year-round cater for ages 5-16.
The Cook School Scotland offers the ultimate cookery experience providing a fun, stress-free and informal environment to learn how to create effortless cuisine.
Classes range from hands-on cookery to demo and dine evenings where you watch the chefs do the hard work while you enjoy the delicious food they prepare. Choose from over 15 different themes including Home Baking, Italian, Scottish fish and seafood, Mexican, Steak, Curry, and more.
We also have a brilliant Kids Kitchen where budding little chefs have the chance to learn about the wonderful world of cookery; we run group classes, one on one sessions and also hold children's birthday parties.
