These one-day masterclasses began in 2008, giving people an insight into the extensive processes that go into making luxury chocolates. With no more than four to a class, maximum attention is assured for all topics covered, from tempering to making Coco’s should-be-world-famous hot chocolate. At the end of the day, each attendee receives a Coco hamper with a selection of the chocolate they made in the class to take home and show off to their friends.
Coco Chocolatier's kitchen plays host to a monthly Chocolate School which offers an enjoyable insight into the luxury chocolate making process. With no more than 10 delegates to a class, maximum attention is assured for all topics covered with tastings throughout. At the end of the two hour class, each attendee receives a hamper of the chocolates they created.
