Established over 100 years ago, this Lerwick-based butcher knows a thing or two about quality cuts. Shetland-reared lamb is a particular speciality (available August–March), as well as beef and pork sourced from the north-east of Scotland. Summer barbecues are catered for with their selection of sausages and burgers, as well as quality ready-meals, including meatballs in a tomato and herb sauce. Recipe ideas and helpful cooking instructions are also dished out regularly by staff.
