Simple Simon's Perfect Pie Factory
Not open to the public.
Nestled in the Southern Uplands is the 19th-century farm building that houses Simple Simon’s Perfect Pie Factory. It is here that chef Bernard Alessi prepares and bakes his pies and casseroles. Using only the freshest natural ingredients and no artificial additives, the pies contain Aberdeen Angus beef and lamb from local hill farms and Jimmy Bogle’s haggis as well as other meats, cheeses, vegetables and herbs from local suppliers. Simple Simon's Pies are previous winners of the National Golden Fork Award. Order online for delivery. You'll also find their stall at the Edinburgh Castle Terrace Farmers Market every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.
