This family operation has built its reputation by stocking a growing range of local produce. Their specialities are lamb and Aberdeen Angus beef from the family farm. The Sinclairs manage the process from birth to butchers, maturing the beef for a minimum of 21 days. They also stock Westray pork, fish and shellfish from the surrounding Orkney waters, Orkney cheeses, bread, cakes and biscuits from local bakers, oatmeal and beremeal from the local mill and local seasonal veg and tatties.
